Installation and notes

Magnetic Ball is designed as a ball. Each ball can handle water in cooling tower for 50 tons cooling host. If a cooling host is larger than 50 tons and needs for more than one ball, just connect balls with iron-chain.

To use Magnetic Ball, just put ball or balls into a place of water inflow or outflow in cooling tower. If necessary, bind iron-chain on pipe to fix the balls.

We suggest to put Magnetic Ball in a place where water moves in circles, such as outflow, to make water run through ball again and again. In this way, Magnetic Ball will have the best performance for magnetizing water.

Notes:

Magnetic Ball needs around 1~2 weeks to magnetize water. In this period, you might need chlorine ingot or bleaching water to avoid moss-grown. After water magnetized, you can stop doing so.

Magnetic Ball can soften and divest existing water scale, and prevent new water scale from adhering on surface of mental. Because there is muddy sediment in water plate, the conductivity and hardness of water will be increased. It is easy to solve this problem just by cleaning muddy sediment and adding fresh water.

Magnetic Ball can low down the pressure of system by softening and divesting existing water scale. In case of pressure increasing suddenly, it is likely that a big water scale is divested and blocks pipe. Wash pipe can solve this problem easily.
