Because the source
water of the cooling tower is not pure. The dust and particle in the
air, the microorganism and alga are grown in water, with adding
chemical medicine...etc, it cause water quality mostly muddy.
The dust and particle
are mostly composed by
Ca(HCO3)2
in water .
It will form into the water scale
CaCO3
when get heat. The water scale will
be adhered to the pipe wall and metal surface of condenser. It
is hard and difficult to remove.
If the
water scale problem not solved, it will influence efficiency and
life-span of the cooling system. Mostly, the cooling tower user
will add the chemical medicines to solve the scale problem, but the
effect is not raised apparently and cause many other problem. |

Use the

Ball,
then the even polarity of molecule of water becomes strong.

The function of

Ball
is to prevent the water scale forming on
pipeline, condenser and heat dissipation material, at the

Ball
will soften and discharge the old scale those already exist.
When water flows through to
the
Magnetic
Ball,
Ca(HCO3)2 is
appeared into CaCO3. This kind of crystallization is loose, not
be able to bear the pressure and will not cohere the hard scale.
It will form into muddy dreg state
and precipitate on the bottom of water plate.
From the change of the cooling
fin, you can see the effect of the MB ball clearly. Before use
it, the water scale stick every where of the cooling fin. After
