Q1： How to maintain the cooling tower to reduce water consuming, electric charge, maintenance expenses, time of shut down and increase condenser and the cooling tower's life?

The traditional method is to use chemical medicine (chlorine granules, algaecide, soft dirt pharmaceutical, inhibitor, etc.) and refill a lot of water. These methods can solve the outside problem, but cannot cure the problem totally. Chemical medicine can slow down the cohering, but will still form into the water scale finally. If use too much medicine, it will corrode the inside parts of the cooling system, then, spend more money to clean the system. It is very difficult to keep precise volume of using chemical. Also it will need a large amount of new water to change the polluted water. And those polluted water have to be treated before release to the water pool. These methods do not have environmental protection and economic benefits.

Use MB ball for the maintenance is very easy, economic, no shut down, and good to the environment. After long run, it will save you much money and time, and it will extend the live of the cooling system.

Q2 : If MB magnetic ball can be used for all kind of water?

Q3: By Using the MB magnetic ball, how long can it soften the water scale and purify water quality?

After install the MB ball, about 2 weeks, or no late than one and a half months, the water scale begin to be softened. After two months, the water scale will drop from the pipeline and the heat dissipation material obviously. The scales will only sink into the bottom of the cooling tower. The water will become very clear, no like as the chemical polluted water that have muddy phenomenon.

Q4: Can MB ball inhibit bacteria and Legionnaire's Disease and kill the microorganism and alga ?

MB ball can inhibit the growth of bacteria and Legionnaire's Disease. Due to the polar of water enhance after treated by MB ball, it can inhibit the bacterium from growing. But MB ball unable to kill the microorganism and alga, it can only slow down its growing speed. If sun shine directly to the water , the alga will still grow fast. You will need pharmaceutical of chlorination to kill the microorganism and alga in this case. Use the MB ball, you need only a half of volume of chlorine pharmaceutical or less than before.

Q5: How to add chloride medicine?

Chloride medicine has 2 kinds, acid and alkalinity. When add chloride medicine, we must check the PH value of water, otherwise, it will cause more corrosion or scale. No need to add excessive chloride medicine while using the MB ball.

Chemistry HOCl in the chlorine medicine can kill the algae and microorganism. But HOCl will be resolved into H⁺ and OCl^-when in water. The HOCl is 80 to 100 multiple efficient than OCl^-:

HOCl → H⁺ + OCl^-

For example: PH = 8 ,Free chlorine (FC) =1ppm ,That effective active chlorine( HOCl) = 0.3ppm , OCl- =0.7ppm. So, When PH is High, the chloride will need more.

Q6: Will MB ball damage the condenser?
No, MB is the physical way to clean the cooling system, it will not release any chemical material into the water. To use MB ball for maintenance, we need only to watch at PH and E.C value of cooling water. So, it is simply and safe to maintain your cooling system.

Q7: If there is serious water scale in the cooling system, can MB ball work?
Yes, when start to use MB ball, the result of softening the scale will happen in first to second months of initial stage. The scale will keep drop and precipitate at the bottom of the water plate . Q8: Will the scale form continually after the MB ball softened and removed the original scale.
Yes & no. MB ball cannot make the calcium carbonic and magnesium carbonic disappear in the water. But it will changes crystallization state, makes it precipitate on the bottom of water plate, no more stick on surface of the cooling system.
