Operation:

【Sensor】detects temperature of return air
for AHU or return water for
fan.

【Controller】receives the data from sensor,
compares it with setting, and sends a logic signal to
VFD.

【VFD】receives a signal from controller, and
uses it as an order to control the speed of
motor.


Built-in
logic of controller:
-
If the difference between temperature
detected and setting is larger than 3°C , motor will run at 60Hz.

If the difference between temperature
detected and setting is 2~3°C , motor will run at 50~60Hz.
-
If the difference between temperature
detected and setting is 1~2°C , motor will run at 40~50Hz.
-
If the difference between temperature
detected and setting is 0~1°C, motor will run at 30~40Hz.
-
If the temperature detected is smaller than
setting, two options are available, stop or running at the minimum
speed.

If minimum flow is required, just set the
value of minimum
frequency.

If energy saving is mandated, just set the
value of maximum
frequency.
